The Poinsettia Pavilion in Ventura was built in 1957.
The Ventura Poinsettia Dance Club was started that year.
With a nearly 70 year history,
we, the "youngsters" are now the ones to enjoy the music and camaraderie!

Mike Lemos - President:
Mike Lemos is a proud council member of the Kizh Nation Gabrieleno Band of Mission Indians and is also part of the Chumash. Mike wanted to show his endless gratitude to the world of dance by preserving it through this foundation. "I am infinitely indebted to dance. It is what shaped my life and my path."
Rick Peterson - Vice President:
Rick is a past president of the club, now serving as vice president.
Jeanne Kelly-Pyle - Secretary/Treasurer:
Jeanne has the hard job!
Dennis Sedgwick - Membership:
Dennis will be maintaining this website and email lists, but for the time being, Ralf Moll, will continue to handle the emails.
